From the start of installation there were problems. The Double Glazing Shop Limited have caused hundreds of pounds worth of damage to our property, we have been left with an unsecured property with gaps round the windows making our property freezing especially over the past few months due to cold weather. We cancelled the contract and found out that the company was not Fensa registered despite saying he was. We found out that the windows weren't what we paid for and the director had tried to pass of the windows as somebody elses. We were told that the fitting would be carried by a registered Fensa installer - Phil Smith (he wasn't).
