It was a pleasure to work with Astral throughout the process, from visiting the showroom, consultation to ensure we had the right spec/design for our needs, quotations and tweaks to quotations, and installation too. We were a bit clueless about the various options but they patiently guided us through the process. We're very happy with the finished product and would be happy to recommend them to others.

Astral replaced all our windows and doors, a large job with 10 windows, front door and 3 large multi fold and slide doors. They were exceptionally professional, from first visit through to final sign off. The quotes were honoured. The product first class. The fitters efficient, skilled and very tidy. We paid a lot of money for top of the range new windows from Astral five years ago and at the time we were pleased with them. However, fast forward 5 years and every time it rains we have a major leak underneath one of the bay windows. Astral's customer service has been largely dreadful - constantly fobbing us off and saying they'll get back to us. Clearly they are more motivated to spend their time on customers about to spend money with them.
