Absolute pleasure to deal with. Out of 6 companies I got in touch with Empire glass was the only ones who got back to me. And I'm grateful it turn out this way as I couldn't have asked for a better service. Responded to my inquiry at 10pm at night, early morning next day I had a quote, very reasonably priced, arranged a survey in two days and glass fitted very quickly. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality They haven't been able to give a proper quotation, considering all costs; it's not been considered the need of a plumber to install the mirror on the wall and they are not been able to find one, all after 3 month of the support delivery and installation day. The Custumer service was very in an offhand way, the minimum requested. Service: Glass installation
