Such a shame the customer services from elmhurst, false promises, communication, blaming others very unprofessional and the reason I wrote this another false promise. Very poor experience the fitters did an excellent job always caught in the middle having to relay messages to us from the office. The end results are fantastic but if the main men had kept his promise this review wouldn't needed to be made BEWARE first initial contact was fantastic then it all began, yes in covid times but doesn't stop communications and not the need for false promises as we are patient people but you certainly stretched the patience. Please not reply to this review with false reasons or excuses you have had many opportunities to have put it right!

Richard was a pleasure to deal with. Despite pressures with covid he kept us up to date and informed. His building team were excellent, clean, prompt and professional. Quality of work and materials faultless. We had a new porch, new patio window and kitchen doors/window as well as replacement fascia. Will definitely be using Elmhurst in the future

Fantastic Job, minimum fuss and bother, from start to finish, a company I highly recommend, they care and the windows and doors look amazing, received compliments from neighbours who were most impressed and asked lots of questions. I'd definitely use again for future projects.

This is the second time I have used Elmhurst Windows. After doing an excellent job of replacing my windows I decided to use them to install a new roofline. The guys did a great job. It took nearly a full day, a big job. Some of the guys have worked for this company for 30 years or more. I think that says a lot for its integrity. I will use Elmhurst again soon because I want a new door. It's also great to be able to use a local company. Thank you Elmhurst for a first class job.
