Our conservatories create seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces, using thermally efficient glazing and durable materials. Options include lean-to, Victorian, and orangery styles, all designed to meet building regulations. We handle planning permissions and offer solid roof conversions for enhanced insulation.

Custom-built porches provide additional security and practical space, constructed with uPVC or composite materials. We offer bespoke designs, including tiled or flat roofing, to complement your home's architecture. Installation includes brickwork, electrical work, and weatherproofing for a complete solution.

I had an excellent experience with Phair Windows and highly recommend their service. From my initial sales inquiry to Jennie in the office, the surveyor, and the installation team, everyone was professional and attentive. The entire process was seamless, with minimal disruption during the door fitting. I was even provided with an installation date well in advance. Thank you, Phair Windowsyou were fantastic!

Having the whole house done, windows are doors. we wanted to make sure we used the right company. Amazing from day dot. Sales team, lovely and helpful in all aspects, e.g design, financial ect. Fitters were a lovely group of respectful lads, job was completed in a organised way, super quickly but you could tell each lad cared about every window/door they were fitting! Will definitely recommend and use again.

Love love this company. The guy who turned up to quote gave me a no nonsense competitive quote. He was friendly and helpful and put covers on his shoes when entering. Fast forward 1 week. He was prompt, quick and efficient on the installation. Will be rebooking him soon to do another window and will happily recommend.

Fantastic service. Jake and his colleagues came promptly and delivered a very good honest quote, . The lads are very knowledgeable and gave great advice on how to rectify the mist in my UPVC windows and quotation. I wish I had done the job earlier but put this off for fear of finding a reliable trades person to do the job. The cost to repair a misted UPVC window is not as expensive as I originally thought and I had a 6 foot window pane replaced aswell as a small window in my kitchen. I will 100% use them again.

Had Glass And Lock give me a quote for replacing some misted double glazing, window handles and to repair the locks on a couple of windows that would not open. They gave me the best price out of those contacted and completed the job quickly, no fuss and no mess. All in all 5 stars
