I am a qualified Carpenter with over 30 years of experience in the Building Industry. I first started working on windows and doors back in 1989! and have installed and repaired almost every make and style since, including UPVC, Timber and Aluminium.

Dale came to sort out the problem with a door mechanism that would not move and the deadlock would not activate. He carried out a thorough examination and took the lock apart, located the source of the problem, inserted a new part and then proceeded to service the rest of the moving parts on the door and adjust the door as over time it had become out of line.
He is a very tidy worker who put a dust sheet down and made sure everything else was neat and tidy before leaving. Dale gave us both a run through of what he had done and made sure that the key and locking mechanism all worked smoothly and that we could both operate it.
We would recommend Dale without hesitation and he will be the first person that we contact with any future issues related to our uPVC doors or windows.

I Had a really great service. my back door needed to be realigned as it wouldnt close and lock. he communicated well we sorted everything by email and he got me booked in quickly, it took less than 45 minutes to repair my door from being unable to close and lock to working smoothly highly recommend, thanks Dale..
