Whilst the work was in general fine, i've had issues with the quoting/invoicing since. A piece of work was clearly included in the quote, however it was never done and I was not informed. Since querying, I've been conveniently informed that the price quoted "did not include the cost" for this part of the job. Very disappointed with the response and the engagement from the company since.
