DO NOT USE THIS MAN! Terrible installation as can see by picture. Does not return calls or messages after asking about a re visit to put things right. Have now gone with someone else who has resolved the issues and actually knew what they was doing! If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Beware of Mick he is a very dodgey person who I do not want near me or my family.

Critical: Responsiveness Had a replacement window for a patio door which he replaced but in doing so broke a vent. Said he would replace, after 3 times of contact made and getting back to me twice, it's now been over 6 months and not replaced and ignoring my calls. Happy to remove post if vent is replaced.

I was so impressed with the service from Frost Windows (Mick is really a nice gentlemen). The whole procedure was smooth and professional. Getting the initial quote was easy i.e. making an appointment to have the measurements checked was easy to arrange via email. Arranging to have the job done was also easy and was done within 2 weeks of my initial enquiry. Mick is a honest, polite and professional and did a great job with no mess and no fuss.
He also replaced couple of window hinges that had lot of problem with opening.after the job done they are easy open. I would recommend them (Frost Windows) with no hesitation. I'm loving my replacement window and being able to see the view again! Thank you Frost Windows.
