Good people but let down by the product. Inferior quality. Every lock had to be repaired at least once with some 2-3 times. Don't normally write reviews but frustrated being afraid of opening windows in case the lock breaks. Ms Bevere

Excellent family company that uses a first class product and does a first rate job. I have used them twice now and would always go back to them. Dave Adams is very easy to deal with as well as being honest and reliable. Very much old school in that respect, but modern otherwise.
