Established in 1982, Custom Glass has been a pioneering force in the residential and commercial glass markets for over four decades. Our Liverpool-based facility spans 75,000 square feet and houses state-of-the-art production lines, including five automated unit systems capable of manufacturing 12,000 insulated glass units weekly. We hold BS EN 1279 and BS EN 12150 certifications for sealed units and toughened safety glass, operating under ISO 9001-2000 quality standards to ensure rigorous quality control. Our product portfolio includes energy-efficient solutions like Custom Ambient Glass, integral blinds, and acoustic laminated glass, designed to meet evolving industry regulations. As founding members of the National Glass Group, we leverage collective buying power while maintaining independent ownership.

Our resilience was tested in 2019 following a devastating fire, yet we emerged stronger through dedicated leadership and operational recovery. We specialize in future-proofed glass technology, including soft coat-compatible units, warm edge spacers, and gas-filled systems to exceed energy-saving guidelines. Our comprehensive offerings extend to decorative glass, structural glazing, and specialist conservatory roof solutions, supported by nationwide delivery via our dedicated fleet.
